Yes I know,but they have a case up before the Court of Session,the verdict of this is what is under discussion on the BBC.

What's good about this is that it's from the BBC website. If the same headline was on a Daily Mail link, everyone would just roll their eyes and ignore it - me included.
If they have been refused contact with each other, how come they have come together to make these claims?
