Where Are My Emails Going?

Since Saturday I am having trouble with my Sent emails. Quite randomly some are not being sent but I am not made aware by an error message which ones haven't gone. I am fed up having to ring people a few hours later to ask if they have received an email from me. I have tried sending emails to myself and some are received into my In box and some never arrive. They are not in either my Spam or Deleted folders. Any idea what could be wrong please? I use Outlook Express and Windows XP. Thanks for any advice.

they should be in your out box....resend from there
I concur. If they aren't there then your client thinks they have gone and the issue may be with your service provider.

I have just sent another one this morning as an urgent email - quickly looked in the Sent file and it's nowhere to be seen, so has it gone or not?? I despair, where has it gone, some go, others don't - I never know which .... what is happening?
Have you an 'Out' box? they may be lurking in there if they are just click 'send'. Why they would be in there I have no idea.
is it time you set yourself up another email address? Gmail are my favourite but there are plenty.
You didn't say whether they were still in the out box. For a while I had a problem with the 'send' button putting the e-mail in the out box but not going: not until I'd also clicked the other 'send/receive' button afterwards.
Why don't you just ask for a 'read' receipt?
