A local 1st world War Soldier gets his Grave stone Broken by Scum, can you tell me where the Logic in this? It makes my blood boil & my blood pressure rise where I hear about this no matter where it happens, can someone on here with Psychologist Qualifications explain to me why these scum of the world that take Breath are allowed to live?
