I decided to cut a slice out of the cake I cooked on a lower temp. and it is cooked but a bit stodgy right in the middle...so I may get away with it if I dont tell whoever has that one. lol...after all the years I have made them have never done that before. Thankyou all for your answers. x

Why not cut the centre out then decorate the outer ring like a Christmas wreath? Just an idea x
