I wouldn't want to leave it in the fridge for more than 3 days.
Let it cool fully, naturally; cover it, and it should last three days, but be sure that your fridge is set to a cool temperature. When reheating, it must be brought back up to the temperature at which it was cooked. It may last longer, but I would not be risking it.
Until it is either eaten, or develops a green or brown fur.
A week, no problem. Done it many times with all sorts of food with no ill effects.
Wouldn't last long in my fridge before being eaten!
EHO guidelines is 3 days under refrigeration. Then freeze. Defrost under refrigeration for 24 hours. Then eat within 3 days. When you freeze the product you kill all the bacteria. Do not refresh though.
