I am told by British Airways to fill in their on-line for for delay comsation. It seems howver they are makin it a mission to find it in their web site. You get to one place they then send you to another. Has anyone ever managed to find it and if so where? Am overseas at the moment and unable to ring Customer relations. Thank you to anyone who can assist!

the site says you should do it through the Manage My Booking tab, if that helps?

Or if you bought the ticket through a travel agent, go to them.
See under How to claim compensation. My sister was successful in this (twice)
