i know, but someone should tell my two year old and dogs about the "extra hour"
you can cheer yourself with the thought that once you've enjoyed your extra hour in bed, it'll be only 59 sleeps to santa......

But it's true, everyone gets an extra hour in Bed! ;-)
ah yes you cant object to a hairy pog-dog face waking you a hour early can you? [ I am of course describing your two year old ]
I agree bednobs , If only Reeva would understand about the clocks changing I would be happy . It just means my day is an hour longer. She will still be wanting to go for a walk at stupid o'clock.
surely you get an hour LESS in bed.
It makes me angry. We don't get an extra hour in bed: we get an extra hour.! That is all. We get an extra hour and what we do with it is up to us. An extra hour to wallpaper, to read, to scratch, to walk, to... do ANYTHING, including stay in bed. Just think, in a few months we'll have it all to do again. "oh no, we lose an hour in bed!".
go on bednob.......... throw the punch :)

Only in Wales Svejk, apparently!
I like it, I'll be getting up in the light again, at least for a week or so....
can't stay in bed once i'm awake so i'll be up at three instead of four, deep joy ...
I've been waking up between 7am and 7.30am for the last fortnight or so. I expect tomorrow it will be 6.30am instead...
I've re-thunk my position on this, balders. ;-)
... and you have to wait an hour for the pub to open
Promise I won't mention having an extra hour in bed, :-) but I would like to say it's at times like this that I wish I didn't own as many clocks/watches as I do.I don't get the extra hour cos it takes me a flipping hour to change the ***!
I hate this time of year, and always have. It will soon be dark at 16:45 and I can't wait until next March !
From now until the 29th March 2015, I shall be getting out of bed each morning, one hour earlier. My body clock is controlled by the rotation of the earth on its axis and doesn't alter because time is advanced or retarded at Greenwich.

Hans.☺☺☺
