I'm heading into the town for drinks and lunch.

And then ... Brighton v Rotherham

Come on, the Seagulls.

Is there something about Rotherham and pies? At the ground, we always have food themed for the visiting team. Today's special is ... sausage, beans and cheese pie.

I should just say, as I've mentioned, we will be eating in the town before we go up to the ground.

Good luck to everyone's teams today.

Unless you come from Rotherham, obviously. In which case, I hope you have a great day, but don't actually win.

Seagulls, Seagulls, Seagulls ...

do opposition teams serve up roast gull when you're playing away?
That's a theme for Rotheram?

I suggest the club chef is gullible ;-)

I don't think other teams are as accommodating as we are.

The away supporters go in to the stadium through the south west concourse. All along that concourse, there will be huge pictures of the most famous historical players from the visiting club, and the lighting is changed each week to match the visitors' club colours.

And they get free travel all around the town with their match ticket.

I wonder if their is a job called Club Chef? That would be jolly. Obviously he would have to be French.

Bonjour. Zees morning I am creating a leetle dish zat I call twenty seex thousand meat pies.

ps. We don't eat gulls. That would be a bit cannibal. We are ... as one ... with the gulls.

JJ - lol

Honours even yesterday, fair result?
Question Author
We weren't great, and didn't really deserve to win, so yes it was a fair result.

They had one player with blonde hair and a head band ... I think he was called Pringle ... who was really good.

I didn't have the pie. We ate in the town. Then we bought wine at the ground and smuggled it into the seats inside our cardboard coffee cups.

:0)
Pringle yes, once he starts he can't stop! He also a crisp header of the ball ;-)
