A friend is having probs burning a disc from itunes, he is following the proper procedure ie, Open itunes< click playlists

Thank you for your reply Sycamore3house, but I forgot to say my friend is using the latest itunes 12

On iTunes 12 Create a playlist then click File/go down to Burn playlist to disc...

Jomlett, burn to disc is not showing anywhere.

Well I created a playlist, clicked on File and 5th down is Burn Playlist to Disc...
