Why are cigarettes being sold in packs of 19 not 20's anymore
Personally speaking I think they should be sold with free patches too

Overseas in the forces ( circa 1960) we could buy a round tin of 50 cigarettes for 2/6 ( 12.5 pence) and to encourage smoking, customs would send a tea chest of free cigarettes every few months..
