No, but we certainly can't trust it to Cammy either. The NHS is very much under threat from all parties despite their "assurances" that it's safe under them. Yeah right !
A proper fact-based enquiry seems appropriate to look at issues such as mortality rates and ambulance response times.

surveys alone are notoriously unreliable if they just rely on people's perceptions of service provision and anecdotal evidence.

The NHS is fertile territory for scare stories and misinformation
NO, not labour nor Camo and his bunch of yes men/women, as for the lib/dems ,they are not safe even with their hands in their pockets. Maybe it is time for a complete rethink.
Probably more than we can trust the privatisation enthusiasts in the Tory party. Besides what the Welsh NHS do is mainly down to them at present. Maybe they are having teething troubles running with the new set-up.
The situation in Wales is indefensible. But the Conservative run NHS in England is not much different. The Mail keeps asserting the situation in Wales is worse than Mid Staffs (without offering any proof ). Of course Mid Staffs is on the Conservative led Coalitions watch, but the Mail does not remind its readers of the fact.
So I echo the other posters, it is certainly not safe with Cameron.
Have to agree with Baza. With the drain on resources coming from over population, no one will be able to contain the NHS without massive injections of cash and help for services! Can you see it happening...no, neither can I?

We can't even trust our Country to Labour, as they prove every time they achieve Power and proceed to bankrupt us asap!
Exactly Baldric....safe in Labour's hands...cough cough, I don't think so lol.
The Con-servitives will make the NHS Privately run make no mistake, as for Labour I think they have good intentions but with both hands tied behind their collective backs Farage would run the NHS from the local boozer and as for the rest No Idea ,I worry about the NHS and as unfortunately I am a regular user ,money is and has been wasted in Upper Management, time to Cull from the TOP.
it stands more chance of being in place for our grandkids under Labour.
Stop reading the Daily Mail!!
To the UK electorate:

That is the Health Service that you wanted....and that is the Health Service that you have got.

It is inefficient and unaffordable in it's present form but not Political Party will change it.

So yes.....Labour OR Conservative it is safe.

My sympathy is with the Politicians and not the electorate.......both parties know that changes are required, but neither have the courage to do it...........it would be Political Suicide.

The Unions run the NHS not the Government in power.
CAMO Surely they are all yes men/woman otherwise out of the cabinet onto the bonfire. I like BORIS who speaks his mind but then he if he was to lead the Conservatives who would stand up to him.

No one has seemed to mention the appalling state the NHS is in Wales, so much so that some Welsh patients skip over the border to get better treatment in England.

Funny how AnswerBank's own Labour supporting Welshman as not made a comment, perhaps he is one who skips over the border but doesn't want to admit it?
