It's 12.45am and I can't even hear a breeze. Is it brewing up a storm where you live?

Really windy in Northampton.
Blowing a hoolie up in Notts, walking the dog was great fun this morning, every time he tried to pull on the lead the wind blew him back to heel!
There's a bit of wind here, but that's nothing new for this time of day.
started at around 05 00 in north manch
Bit blustery here in East Lincs but not to bad,Welsh coast being hit hard at the moment so I guess we will get it later.
That's almost all of our bridges closed to high sided vehicles.
Long way round for me today.
V blustery here S of York. Barometer has fallen from 1004 to 993 in last few hours!
Blowing a hoolie - NW Wales/Anglesey - speed limits on bridge when I came over from Anglesey early doors - may be closing to high siders if it gets any stronger. Rain coming in waves (excuse the pun)
Very windy here in NW England (Fylde Coast). My polytunnels have had to be anchored down with house bricks, I still think they may take off though :-/

LOL bibblebub hope you have taken the appropriate medication!! I judge how windy it is by looking at a very large conifer tree across the road from me and at the moment it's just swaying a little. It's at times like these when I'm glad I don't live near the coast as I expect it gets really bad there.
at Victoria in London. The soleil is up there brilling - but there are cancelled flights, and trains are losing 20mn on their journeys through running slow. can't see what all the fuss is about.
Spoke too soon at 00.56, blowing a real hooly since early hours.
Seems to have passed through East Midlands - was awful at 8am with heavy showers and really strong almost gale force winds. Calmer now and sun is out, although still blustery! Crazy weather!
Up to 10 minutes ago it was a bit windy with bright sunny spells

Now it is bloody windy and heavy horizontal rain. Think I'll stay in for a bit.

Essex flatlands.
Its been windy here in Plymouth since last night. Rain is predicted on and off today, but it looks as if the Midlands are to get the worst of it.

Very windy here now (SW London) There`ll be a few bumpy landings at the airport. Hopefully, there will be a good supply of sick bags. I was looking forward to going for a walk in some Beech woods but there won`t be many leaves left now.
Blimey, didn't realize how many would be weather forecasters we have on AB.

I hope we all survive this atrocious weather for another day!:-)
Got caught out in about 10 minutes of torrential rain and wind at about 07:15am - on the cycle into work in Hampshire.

Hoping my gear is dried out for the cycle back home later!
