Going to roast some this evening. What glaze would you use, thinking about honey, brown sugar & worstershire sauce. Any other ideas?m

Apple and mustard is also nice but your glaze sounds lovely already.
No, sounds perfect. Don't over dress pork, it's glorious as it is. I'll have the crackling if you have no takers?

Was lovely added some fresh lemon juice as well so got some sweet and sour going on - finished the fat with blow lamp to make it crispy mmm
just had a lovely bbq glaze on spatchcock chicken - to your ingredients I would add some dark rum, Dijon or English mustard and some chilli or, wait for it, chipotle pepper. Tabasco is an extra too....
