that you find 90 quid just lying on the floor, but I just did. A bit damp and soggy but still 90 notes. The Gods are smiling on me today :-)

Ratter, the ABed warned his critics, not him.
i believe nailit started posting on his '' other user name '' :(
But he committed the "crime" and decided to shout about it!! not good!!
Ratter, what nailit did was morally wrong (to some) not illegal, nor did he infringe any of the rules & regs on this particular thread, coupled with the fact this thread's still here, I can only assume his suspension was caused by his comment/s on another thread.
Boo, theft by finding is a criminal offence as far as I am aware. I may be wrong!
Suppose it could be, I'll admit to knowing sod all about it, but who are you criminalising against if the owner can't be found?
lol, i stand corrected then :-)
:-)
That law is to stop people like bike thieves from saying they found it in the street. See a penny, pick it up and all day,,,,,,,you'll have the fraud squad after you.
Nailit sounds like someone who was broke, down on his luck and struggling financially coupled with a strong distrust of the police which made his decision wrong but understandable.

What got me is the people who agreed they would have done the same thing even though it appears that many of them work, own their own houses and drive cars so are hardly in the same position which could point to the fact that either they're habitual thieves, greedy or maybe just wrapped up in the unwritten rule of "Finders keepers" also I wonder if this was an episode of Jeremy Kyle would the support for a guy on benefits who came on and said they found money and would rather pocket it than hand it in been the same or do the rules change if you know the finder of the money as opposed to a stranger on tv? It's definitely interesting from a psychological standpoint.

I don't know what nailit done to warrant a suspension but I hope he's alright and the suspension doesn't push him over the edge.

Hope your okay out there nailit as I know how hard it is to suffer from financial issues and other assorted problems and why sometimes the lines of moralness become blurred when you're struggling :)
His status is listed as 'Active'.
According to Nailit's profile, the suspension has been lifted!
Hurrah! Has he been on today?

Blimey,, about time. Why was I suspended in the 1st place?
maybe best stop asking '' why'' and enjoy your freedom :)

WOW......just wow!
Talbot at least quote my whole post instead of tarnishing me as the bad girl.

The post carried on to say...

" greedy or maybe just wrapped up in the unwritten rule of "Finders keepers"

So EITHER habitual thieves, greedy OR someone that believes the finders keepers unwritten rule.

I like to believe the last one as I tend to see my peers in a good light though I had to add habitual thieves/greedy as I know some people who are and it's only fair to include the whole spectrum of characters in my post to give a fair vantage point :)
