This would be an infringement of our Civil Liberties quotes someone on radio earlier, and I agree. If youngsters want to smoke they will find somewhere they can do so, despite Boris Johnson. I enjoy the odd ciggy and I'm sure some of you do too, and if we can't smoke out in the fresh air where can we smoke?

^^ you have just answered your own question.
would like to ask a semi-serious question, if smoking in some London Parks is to become illegal, what about those e-cigs which 'puff' out vapour to look like smoke?

I can see that we're going to become a country, where smoking in parks is illegal, but lighting up outside your local boozer is still going to be OK unless your smoke drifts into the park when you'll be hit with a FPN.
