Hi All. We are about to buy a 3 bed detached house. One bathroom, one en suite and on dowstairs toilet. Its 15 years old, so fairly new and modern but needs refurbing internally, mainly cosmetic, but we need a bit of info and how to do it. Here is an idea of what I think it needs.
1. Painting and Decorating
2. New Carpets, Curtains, light fittings etc
3. Kitchen and Bathroom need updating / renewing
4. Additional / new lighting

Electrics are good, plaster is good, structure is sound, plumbing is good, so no really heavy duty stuff, just cosmetic - we have a £10K budget - we can live in rented while doing it up - any advice always appreciated. We need to know, the order in which to do it, probable time scales, approx costs and anything else that comes to mind. Thanks in advance

Modern blinds are also popular now as well as curtains and look great, full cost for blinds for all windows approx £1k- £1.5k for excellent quality, last at least until you change the decor again. If you are in NW England I have a Blinds business. As an AB member I'm sure we could do a deal?
3 4 1 2..couple of months max if you co ordinate well..cost depends on specs
