237SJ, I’m acutely aware that some people never clear their desks and I’m not saying that such people can never take leave, but I wouldn’t expect responsible people to feel ‘discriminated against’ if they couldn’t take leave exactly when they wanted to. I would hope they’re capable of rising above the victim mentality.
