Hi All
Keep getting a bar across my screen when browsing, that I beleieve is called "Safe Price" - it offers to take me to sites that are offering cheaper prices than the site I am visiting. I have a feeling that it is something to do with the free Avast anti virus I'm using (seems to have part of the Avast logo at the start of this "bar"). It's more annoying than anything but would like to get rid of it permanently if poss. Any ideas anybody ?
Many thanks

It is unlikely to be part of Avast (not that I know) but may have been installed with it. Check what has been installed recently and remove anything suspicious. If that fails there is always Malwarebytes.
Ah on re-reading I see you say it has the logo, then maybe it is part of it. You could always try a different AV. Did you not unclick some setting or other saying words to the effect of "I want this" on installation ?
