Are They Real???

I recently subscribed to a weekly magazine called '' Real Life Bugs & Insects '' for my grandson, and they have the National Geographic name and emblem on the cover.

With the first few issues they include bugs, spiders, scorpions etc, moulded into clear plastic cases.

My question is, how do they collect/breed so many LIVE species (which they state they are) from around the world, as I imagine they must sell thousands of the magazine?

If they were real they're dead now.
Yes, apparently they are real.

Dunno the answer to your last question.
trt - there was an almost identical promotion way back in 2007. Found this on Google
