For about a week and a couple of days now i've been having some really bad odors coming from my vagina and been informed that it's BV. I've had this once before and lasted only for 2 days and went away as soon as it came with simply soap and water. I was trying out the routine away cause why wouldn't it work a second time ? But when i did i wasn't getting rid of it. I searched up some remedies found out that Tea Tree Oil good for getting rid of it , I only tried it for two days now ( wens and thurs ) and feel as if my vagina is inflaming! Now I'm scared to try it again.. I'm stuck with a nasty order and worried if i'll have bad side effects. Should i go to the doctors and check it out or can you lovelys help me? Thank you solo much !

Go to GP , a short course of antibiotics will help.
The worst thing you can do is use soap or any kind of detergent, bubble bath or anything. There is a special soap you can use but I forget the name of it !! I had this horrible infection for ages and thought it would never go. I advise you to go to the doctors, no matter how embarrassed you might feel. He/she will prescribe something to get rid of it.
Difficult one.

If it is BV then although not dangerous, but it is difficult to treat.

My advice: see your GP who will take a vaginal swab which may be of some help in identifying an organism.
Of course go to the doctor - who told you it was BV before?

I searched it up and BV sounded like it can most likely be it
Go to GP as said above and they will do a swab test.

Because it's been going on for almost 2 weeks without treatment do you think it's going to take longer to go away with whatever I'm prescribed with ?
Not necessarily but the sooner you go the sooner you'll get sorted.

Okay I will go to my GP ASAP , thank you sooo much. Thank you all for the wonderful advice. :)!
its quicker to go to a gum clinic then waiting for your gp plus the gum clinic can do some tests and give you results then and there
