I am just cooking some salmon pieces, which we are going eat cold, with new potatoes and salad.

Can anyone suggest a tasty, low calorie dressing, to drizzle over the cold salmon? Thank you

Obiter, tinned salmon is not superior to fresh salmon. Are you just kidding?

I do use fresh, pasta. Wild Atlantic, if I can get it. I don't like tinned salmon except for making sandwiches.
When I was a child my mum would make a meal from tinned salmon, mashed potato and parsley sauce. I didn't like it much then and I couldn't eat it now.
