It' all a bit of a non event ( at least until the BBC decided to remove the scene) and tbh if it was a 'lesbian kiss' it was the least erotic thing I've ever seen. It was an air exchange between two lesbian characters, not quite the same thing, nothing erotic or sexual about it at all. Should it have been removed because someone's sensibiities got upset? If, as you say, you have no problem with lesbians and only six folk out of the millions who seen the episode have complained, do you not think the BBC was correct in its decision?

Have you actually read the report, because unless they have altered it I can see no reference to six people complaining, it was sp1814 who stated this.
As regards whether or not the BBC were correct to cut the scene out, that only the BBC can answer, but according to how this thread has gone I would say no.

AOG has asked why the scene was included. It has been explained: because two female characters (who are in a relationship and have been on the show for years now) needed to share air. And yes, AOG, audiences in Singapore who wonder how the two characters could possibly hold their breath so long will be left in the dark. Unless they google it and/or download the uncensored version.
