booked two flights (people) with MONARCH airlines, but only paid for 1 x 20kg hold luggage, my email confirmation is unclear........... it says 1 passenger x 10kg total hand luggage only, passenger 2 = 20kg TOTAL... surely it is 20kg hold PLUS 10kg hand luggage for passenger 2, Thank you to anyone who can clarify 100%.

so ive paid 21 quid then for only 10 kgs extra, because without hold luggage you are allowed 10kgs hand each on a zb flight according to my email print off = passenger 1 =20 kg total (hold),.... passenger 2 = 10kg total (hand only)
No, surely you've paid £21 extra so you can put a 20kg case in the hold. You and friend can walk on plane with 10kg in your hand.

I'm just used to 10kg free each (hand) with ryanair, we travel back and forth a couple of times a year but not with monach, so I'm reading now TOTAL weight allowance 30 KGS hence only 10 extra for 21pounds, gggrrrr can't get my head round it, its obv only 5 carry on EACH with monarch
I can understand why. You've e-mailed haven't you? I think I'd ring
I've just looked at our last Monarch flight booking from September last year. We both paid for hold baggage. Even more confusing it states 15kg each hold, 5 kgs cabin....
