I am due to have a bronchoscopy on Tuesday but started with a really heavy cold yesterday.
What are the chances of it being postponed?

it will depend upon the reason for bronchoscopy.

If it is for diagnostic purposes then a cold will not prevent the procedure for being carried out.

Of course the Endoscopist will have the final say.

Thanks Sqad - I was hoping you'd see my post!
It is for diagnostic purposes.
I've had 2 x chest x-rays and a CT scan and this is the next step - there's "something" on my right lung so hopefully the bronchoscopy will tell them what it is.
I've been really worried since it all started and don't want anything to delay getting answers.
Thanks.
You've probably already got a leaflet like this one but, just in case it helps, I'll post the link anyway:

Thanks Buenchico.
That's very similar to the leaflet that was sent with my appointment letter.
Fingers crossed that they'll do it on Tuesday so I'll get the results sooner.
