Blank Stranger Webcam On Skype, Router Problem?

Hi. I am having difficulties when trying to have Skype conversations. The problem is that the strangers webcam remains blank even though they have accepted and I have accepted to view. All my camera settings are fine.

All this started after installing a new router, Virgin Media's Superhub 2. I have tried turning the firewall off and altering "pass through" and "DMZ" settings in the router control panel but to no joy.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Martin.

Are you saying you cannot see them or they cannot see you? If it's, you cannot see them, it may well be the problems at their end. Can you both hear each other?

People can see and hear me fine. I have had a look on the virgin boards previously and took their advice regarding altering the router settings. I might need to arrange for a technician to come out. Thanks.
