I have not seen one post about the European Athletics Championships held in Zurich this past 6 days. I have been glued to it. For those remotely interested we came top of the table with 12 golds, our nearest rivals were France with 9 golds.
So to all the GB participants well done, you did us proud.

WE had 12 gold 5 silver 6 bronze =23. France had 9...8...6 =23

I've been watching it. I think I did see an occasional post on here during the week, but not much chat about it overall.
What a great day today!
I missed the 4x100 women's relay. What happened with the Swiss team? Did the lead runner actually forget to take the baton to the start line with her, or did she forget to put it in her hand?

Ive watched it on and off, MrAsk watches all sports programmes. I was glad when the Commonwealth Games finished and then we got the European Athletics!
