Hotmail Password.

I've had my sony vaio lap top since xmas 2012, but it just will not accept my password, it is a hotmail account just for the laptop, have to admit that I never use it, but now I want to get Skype working, I just cannot get into it. Is there any way I can change the main email /password to the normal one I use. I answer the security q's but it is convinced it is not me!

Easiest thing is to open a new Hotmail account.

They call it Outlook now, but it's not the same as the Outlook program in MS Office.

ah well somehow I have managed to change myself from admin to another admin with a different email, so all is well, and skype is up and running, thank you for help!
