Watford

Had the dubious pleasure of visiting Watford yesterday and witnessed the shocking behaviour of some young children and their parents. Should breeding permits be introduced?

The other problem is that shop/restaurant etc staff are scared to admonish the kids. I nearly left an Ask a while ago because there were two kids who were literally tearing around, grabbing chairs and screaming while the mother and her pal sat and had a glass of wine. The staff just looked on. No way would I have that sort of behaviour in my workplace. I tell people that there children shouldn`t be in certain areas etc.

I think the majority of parents would deal with it.

We didn't have the same amount of supervision and wasn't dragged into town because kids can't be left to play out anymore so adults didn't witness some of the naughty things we done.
