just seen a lovely travel cabin bag with wheels ( timberland ) in tkmaxx yesterday, i was going to buy it as it was only £49.99. there was a guy next to me with a measuring tape and he informed me that easyjet have changed their luggage policy recently to 50" in height.

surely i think if i bought this it would still fit into overhead compartment and easy jet would need to be real tight asses not to give anyone an extra 3" overload ? its only the wheels that give an extra 2-3" onto overall size of bag.

really want this bag , what do you think ? stick to the rules ?

...and yes, EasyJet have changed the metal guide at checkin, so it now has two slots showing both sizes.
