For the English equivalent, I would check out the MicknPhil marathon lads website. Mick is the father of a lad with disabilities and has run many,many marathons and half marathons pushing Phil in his NHS wheelchair. I have had the pleasure of participating in several races with them. Mick is fairly straight talking man, I don't think you'd get any 'schmaltz' with him!

campbellking - I don't think the video was 'schmalz' at all -just because it comes from the USA does mot make it any less awesome.
