Had forgotten all about him and don't really care. Whole trial seems to be a bit of a sham.

I think they were considering whether his mental health was strong enough for the trial to continue.

Apparently he cant get out of his front gate due to the cattle grid they put there.

The trial's still going on, they are deliberating.

The trial is over - the judge is due to deliver her verdict next month.

They are all having a rest: the judge and two lay assessors ( this system replaced a jury system ) are thinking about their verdict and will let rip in early August they say

Today and tomorrow and maybe Saturday AND Sunday sees closing arguments of the trial. First is Prosecutor Nels who says "the state has identified “many” significant incongruities, but will list only 13."
