I have cholesterol lumps on my eyelid. I've had them for about a year, they just appeared literally overnight.

Has anybody successfully got rid of these.

My cholesterol is high, but I can't take statins. I take Omega 3 capsule everyday. My triglycerides are normal.

No big deal.
My son had a couple same as yours maybe, and he just popped them and they have never come back. No problem at all.

They are a big deal to me, Sqad, they look horrible.
P.S If you can't take statins, ask your GP for Ezetral 10 mgns daily, which are not statins but do the same without side effects.

Well then, that is hard luck....you can have treatment, but they will come back for sure.

pusskin, were they cholesterol lumps or a white spot called Melia ?
I had three of those Xanthelasmas lumps several years ago. As you say, they appeared overnight and in my case they all went after two years or so, without treatment or any interference. No chance of squeezing or popping those lumps, there is no 'head' nor anything underneath to come out.

Thanks for the advice about the alternative drug for cholesterol, Sqad.

Yes it is bad luck, my eyes were my best feature, now they match the rest of me, ugly !
