1) On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall a Program.
Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
2) When you find the program BearShare, click it, and then do one of the following:
Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).

Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove BearShare.

MMMMmmmm SlackAlice - I have not got a Bearshare programme.
SlackAlice's post assumes that it's BearShare you want to get rid of, which might not be the case.

Musiclab.LLC is a software publisher behind several different programs (including BearShare). Asking how you remove Musiclab, LLC is a bit like asking how you remove Microsoft or Adobe. (i.e. if you simply referred to 'Microsoft'we wouldn't know whether you meant Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Excel, etc. Similarly, if you just referred 'Adobe' we wouldn't know whether you meant Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Photoshop or whatever).

So we need to know the actual program from Musiclab.LLC that you're referring to or, at least, how it exhibits itself. For example if its Wincore Media Bar (which is a browser hijacker) you'll need to first try to uninstall it via your computer's Control Panel, then run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and lastly reset your browser.

More info, please!
Musiclab, LLC

Most common applications/programs from them are,

BearShare

MediaBar

Wincore MediaBar

RealGuitar

RealStrat

RealGuitar ToolBox

Hello All...
I keep getting up on my computer screen www.search.ask.com/?o=apn10641a&gct =hp&d=2-1028&v=u 13004-379&7=4

Also on my screen I get distributed by Musiclab,LLC about-privacy @ 2014ask.com

It is this that I want to get rid of.

I have no knowledge at all about computers that is the reason why I have come on here for some kind person to help me out.
Go to your list of installed programs. (See SlackAlice's first post for how to get there). Look for anything labelled 'Musiclab', 'MediaBar', 'Wincore' or similar. If you find anything, click the option to uninstall it.

Then (irrespective of whether you've just uninstalled something or not) download the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/

Once you've got the installation file on your computer, you need to double-click on it to start the installation. During the installation process you'll come across a pre-selected option to install a free trial of the (paid for) 'Premium' version. Remove the tick alongside that option before continuing.

When you got that program installed, run a scan with it. Don't be surprised if it takes ages to run. (I usually find that it takes well over half an hour. I've even seen some people reporting it as taking 2 hours to complete). It will almost certainly report that it's found malware. You then need to click the options to view, and then to remove, the results. (NB: I know that the layout of that program has changed a bit recently. If it's still basically same as the older version, you'll need to ensure that there's a tick alongside each item of malware found before you click the button to remove [or quarantine] them. If those ticks aren't in place it won't remove anything!)
If I found anything labelled Musiclab, or similar, I would remove it together with anything else which was downloaded on the same date.

Hans.
