No I am not - but isn't it so hard.

I haven't been out to a venue from October last year for a drink and a friend has just called me and asked me to go for one - I had to knock her back.

Wish I was knocking back my beers LOL.

Is it just a no alcohol diet, then, jj? Are you restricting your food intake as well?
How much do you want/need to lose?
Is it because of all those calories in beer, jj ?.
Well done JJ, keep at it, you will be thanking yourself in a couple of months time when you have to go out to buy smaller jeans!
Stick with it JJ I wish I'd started losing weight, I'm determined to do it but somehow weddings and holidays seem to get in the way.

Hi all replying as a Temporary User.

Yes I am watching food intake and deffo no alcohol. Ummmm need to lose at least 10lbs JUST to get into my regular clothes.

I had bought some lovely clothes in May for the summer, shorts and crop trousers and couldn't fit comfortably into them today but I ain't buying anymore.

Also I am finding this extra weight giving me pain in my knees and even when walking etc.

Night JJCon, you don't have to forego socialising whilst you diet, just be cautious what you order.

Thanks Mamy but would be too weak to forego drinkypoos and food at this initial stage. Maybe some time down the line.
