I've just opened a new tin and there's a thick layer of oil on top, should I just pour it off? Tia

I've got Dulux bathroom wall paint on the go at the moment, I have to say that it's the drippiest paint I've encountered for a very long time :-(
The answer is; don't use non-drip paint....it's sh1te!
I've often used non-drip paint showing the same symptom, and just stirred it. If it lost its non-drip qualities, it didn't matter a toss. I'd just be a bit more careful about avoiding drips.
If you stir it then it'll be curtains for you !
Dulux are very rude. Its like walking on egg-sh
cant be bovvered. im losing the will to,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Seems quite normal to me for this type of paint.
Just dip in and paint. It soon goes away.
Stir it!!
