Which Samsung Galaxy?

It's time to renew my mobile contract and I'm looking to upgrade my phone - I'm looking at the Samsung Galaxy range.

Clearly the newest (and best) is the S5 but that's reflected in the price. Is the S5 so much better than the S4 that it's worth paying the difference (seems to be around an extra £5 - £8 per month on the contract)?

Similarly, is there much difference between the S4 mini and the S4? Obviously the S4 mini is physically smaller but is that the only real difference?

Thanks in advance!

Depends what you want it for. If it is primarily a phone then the mini would be adequate. There are a couple of features on the S5 that may be worth considering. I believe it is waterproof so if you drop it down the loo it won't be a problem and I think the screen is stronger. The screen on the S4 tends to shatter if dropped but I think there should be a two time screen replacement on the warranty. I have the S4 which I love luckily I haven't dropped it yet.
I have the S4 and it's a really good phone, does everything a phone needs to do. The cheapest S5 deal for me was £12 more. There's not really a great lot of difference to justify the extra expense.
