Can anyone tell me please how I can get my laptop back to normal . It was fine yesterday and I put it off but since then all it says is logging off . Is there something on keypad I can press as I can't get into it to stop it
Would be grateful for help . Thank you.

Disconnect the mains adapter (if relevant). Remove the battery. Wait 30 seconds. Replace the battery. Cross fingers. See if it works. (It's a rather basic approach but it's got me out of trouble with laptops plenty of times!)

The alternative might have been to hold the off button down. In some makes that forces it to switch off.
