__MO Disks, i.e. Magneto-Optical Disks are, I believe, a reliable means for long-term data-storage. Can this be verified? I am interested in choosing this technology for storing loads of scanned pictures/phots as well as audio-video recordings. Can anybody give me a general idea of the latest developments with MODs? Also, which make of drives/media would be worthy of closer consideration? Thank you.
