I am booked to fly on Sunday to Majorca from gatwick. I booked through travel republic and have not had any links to enter api details however I rang travel republic and they said it's because it's done at check in. However she said she would enter then for me but I am worried she may have made a typo error in my birthday or passport number etc would we be refused travel now :-(? I have also pre booked my seat by ringing monarch so does that mean I'm checked in and also would that mean my api details would be sent to government agency border control before I've had a chance at check in to explain or to check to see if the api details have been put trough ok? Getting worried that if the api details were wrong would I be refused travel by monarch or can they 100% correct it for me without any issues?

Have you tried the Monarch website?

http://www.monarch.co.uk/

Click on the 'Manage Flight Bookings' tab
Agree with slackalice that you should be able to access your booking and API on the Monarch website.
Pre-booking your seat is just that, you already have designated seat numbers - you will still have to check-in at the airport. Presumably you have luggage?
Monarch say they charge £100 to change names, though they might waive it if it's just a typo. But what makes you think they've got it wrong?

I can't do it on monarch website as I've booked through travel republic
But surely Travel Republic have sent you your booking reference and flight details. What have you got to present to Monarch at the check-in desk to prove you have a ticket? (and Monarch must have a reference for you or they wouldn't have been able to do your seat booking over the phone).
sometimes booking agents don't pass on the booking reference the airline needs. If they haven't, ask them for it (or try ringing the airline).

I have the itinerary when I put it in on monarch it's not recognised as it's only when you booked directly through monarch. All I want to know is will they just correct the api if I ask them to check it at check in or would it be to late by that point meaning I can't fly :-(
You seem very convinced that a mistake has been made in your API details, presumably you have a reason? As you've already rung Monarch to book your seats then I suggest you ring them again. Only they can put your mind at rest.

They sent me an e mail last week saying any mistakes can be rectified at check but sometimes these customer service assistants can get confused if you know what I mean should I take it as proof?
Tried managing your booking through Travel Republic?

https://www.travelrepublic.co.uk/manage-your-booking/login.aspx

Normally, managing your booking would give you links to API and check-in details, including downloading and printing tickets/boarding passes.

They have e mailed me confirming it can be rectified at check in.
