I regularly get a call from01618278150, never answer as only family have my number,any idea who it is?

If you are receiving these nuisance calls on a Mobile, its dead easy to block this number for ever. Fixed line phones are harder. No point in reporting it to anybody, as they will do precisely nothing to help, despite what they may say. The Telephone Preference Service is about as useful as a chocolate teapot, although at least you can eat the teapot.

I had to get my instruction book out for my phone, and I was able to to bar most of the calls, still get a few but not the amount daily as I used to. As in previous answers, just google the number and it will more than likely tell you who's calling you.

Horrors! My phone is now 7 years old! Thanks for blocking advice, will check my wee instruction book to see if it can be done. I always silence it,never answer,but it's a pain in the bahookey anyway. Again,thanx for all your help
