I had a fall last week and broke the head of my left radial bone at the elbow. I've been wearing a collar and cuff sling which A&E gave me but I really want a more practical support giving me more freedom of movement whilst still keeping my elbow in a healing position. Does that make sense?! Thanks for advice

Not to me.

You need to keep the elbow in a "healing position for at least 2 weeks otherwise you may be "landed" with a stiff elbow.

If i have missed the point of your post, then please forgive me.

Mrs New Judge suffered a fractured humerous. Different injury to yours, but they do lots of stuff for all sorts of injuries.
