No, there are only a few legal fonts, none of which have it. Why would you want to anyway?
to be fair though more obvious illlegal number plates are routinely tolerated so unless you get jobsworth plod of the year you'll probably be ok. Plenty of sites will make any plate any way you want.
we make plates and there is no option (legally) for this type of 7

Bought the car with the 7like that and wondered as some one said it was not legal and would not pass m o t .but could you be stopped because of it ?
