Made sure i took out an item that i needed today , in order to ensure that i did not forget it .

Ten minutes later up the road - realised that i had forgotten it on the dining table , where i had placed it - trip back to house .

What happening have annoyed you in the past , which was your fault

I constantly wound myself in various ways as I am a bit clumsy. eg snipping something, got myself between thumb and forefinger recently. Nobody to blame but me. But it hasn't been a mortal wound so far.
