Is there another way of receiving a Freesat signal to a Smart TV with Freesat installed apart from a Dish.
Is there perhaps some kind of set-up box or something similar.

You don't need a Set Up Box as your TV has Freesat 'Built-in' !
You will need a Dish otherwise how are you going to receive a signal from the Satellite ??
Freesat is, by definition, a satellite service. It beams signals from the Astra satellites, 22,000 miles above the Earth, to your home. The only way of picking up those extremely weak signals is by using a satellite dish.

Terrestrial transmissions (i.e. Freeview) use a different system, on different frequencies, so they can't be used by a TV set that only has a Freesat tuner inside it.

Broadcasters don't hold the rights to distribute most programmes live onto the internet, so the 'smart' capability of your TV can only be used to receive 'catch up' and similar services.
