So I want to cut out all the rubbish I eat and want to only drink fruit and veg shakes for a month then stabalise on meals. My question is this... If I make shakes in the morning willt hey be ok to drink in the mid afternoon if I keep them in the fridge t work?

I read that if you dont drink them after 15 minutes they lose their 'goodness'

I can't see why not. Might be a difference between being ok to consume, and being at it's peak of nutrition. I'd not get too fussed about losing a little though.

Although I'm unsure how wise it is to not have anything truly solid for a month, or maybe that's just my lack of enthusiasm for such a diet. I'd start to crave normal food/meals.
Don't know about fruit but juiced vegetables are best drunk straight away as they do lose the goodness rather rapidly according to Jason Vale (The Juice Master). Hope this helps.
I think certain vegetables oxidise rapidly in air once juiced, and so might smell a bit, erm, farty.
If you are going to store them, whatever you juice, add lemon or lime juice and mix in well which will stave off some of the oxidation. Have you juice fasted before? The usual recommendation is to take it easy for the first week or so until your body adjusts. I don't think going to work as usual is recommended. In any case a month is quite extreme.

personally I don't see the point, the human body was designed to run on solid food and not juice.
I have been juicing vegetables for some years but as an addition ( not a replacement) to a normal diet.
Definitely not a good idea to do this for a month - why not cut out the "rubbish" and eat healthy foods normally?
Drinking shakes and smoothies means your body misses out on the fiber in fruit and veg. Also-there is nothing balanced about eating just fruit and veg,but no fats or limited protein.
