Well done you. Sounds like a great day.
Unless you're a Fulham fan........in which case........
Well done weecalf, we did a Lucky 15, my were unplaced, OH's won 5/4 and 6/4 at Bath. You should have made a fortune!
You only made a couple of hundred. It's many many years since I had a bet on horses. It was 'Street Corner Bookies' when I was a boy.....Sneaking around a corner into a bomb damaged property and handing over a slip of paper wrapped around a few sixpenny pieces......Those were the days. !!??

I reckon that if you had put on a £1. accumulator the return to you would have been in the region of £17,000.

Ah well...win some ....loose some.

Hans.

Get some new batteries in that calculator of your, Hans. A £1 acca would have returned £24,225. Maybe in that bomb-damaged back street bookies you would have been fleeced to the tune of £7k:-)
@Ken4155....Nothing wrong with my electronic calculator. It's the batteries in my head which are failing; and, unfortunately, can't be replaced.

Your calculation is spot-on. You will realise that I failed to take into account the initial stakes in each instance being returned for the subsequent bet and did a simple multiplication...16 x 18 x 9 x 6.5 = 16,848.

Anyway it's good to know that weecalf was happy with his winnings and I am also pleased that you have corrected my 'miscalculation' 'error' 'mistake' 'slip-up'..........I might as well say it.....Stupidity. :-)

Cheers...Hans. ☺☺☺
