What To Do With My Pork Loin?

By mistake, I've taken a loin of pork -on the bone- or of the freezer. I slow roasted it before freezing. How should I heat it now?
I'm thinking a creamy leek sauce with it. Would I just drop the sliced chops into the sauce to heat up? Or should I pan fry them?

Dice it up and add a Jar of Sweet & Sour sauce to it, serve with Noodles or Rice
Alternatively add a Jar of Chinese or Indian Curry sauce instead

I could do that with half but its massive! I've got potatoes and veg to go with out though. We had swy and sour chicken a few nights ago.
