^^ If the case goes to court it may be dropped to ABH in return for a guilty plea.

If you head butted me and 'bent' my teeth back, yes, I would consider it GBH. I would think the law would as well but I'm sure someone with more knowledge of GBH will be along soon to answer your question. What do you think might be the charge if not GBH?

ABH for headbutting (biker sued). Offender paid £80 & court charges with 2w community. You could sue for dental costs; keep any bills.
I've never heard of 'bending' teeth before.???
If something causes a permanent change to your body it is grevious bodily harm. Doubt that the teeth are going to go back to where they belong.

I wasn't aware that teeth could be bent!

Bent back in mouth no blood
no blood?...oh that's ok then.....:/
Unless the victim has suffered serious psychiatric harm then probably loosening of the teeth amounts to ABH.
Even by head butting someone?
Headbutting someone so hard that their teeth are damaged could easily be GBH.
If you have done this to someone expect to be charged with GBH section 20.
