You don't say that your mother is a bad person, just that she's restricting you. Many parents restrict their teenagers, you're not the only one. It's a valuable life lesson to learn how to live by someone else's rules. You have to abide by rules, annoying, but a fact.

If you act mature now, accept that you get to see him twice a week, show your mother you respect her rules and can be trusted, she'll start giving you more leeway a bit at a time.

The original question was is she allowed to leave without her parents' consent. The answer is yes, and if she does and it all goes wrong, it sounds like her mum is caring and would have her back.

Thank you everyone for your answere I still want to leave home and his mum and dad are more then happy to take me in and look after me and I spoke to my mums friend about this and she said to me think about it don't run away u will need u mum one day
