I have just got this out of my medicine box to spray on my sore throat whih I have had for 2/3 days but have just seen the use by date is 10 2012 do you think it would do any harm if I used it tonight until I can get to chemist tomorrow

I have had a look and it seems OK -

it is certainly not on the list of droogs you must not use beyond their date ( tetracycline and chloramphenicol springing to mind )
